The Dependence of Crop Potatoes on the Level of Irrigation under Polish Conditions

The aim of the study was to evaluate dependence potato crops on level irrigation in three mesoregions Poland. field experiments were carried out 2009–2011 according an obligatory methodology for evaluation crop cultivars. Three factors tested: two cultivation practices (with and without as control), five cultivars, locations (Masłowice, Szczecin-Dąbie, Węgrzce). conducted randomized blocks triplicate. included same nutrition across protection against blight. Irrigation applied criterion optimal soil moisture at a humidity decrease below 70% water capacity. At time harvest, total commercial yields tubers determined. Detailed analysis dependent variables, marketable yield, independent variables second harvest date, confirmed confidence achieved results. coefficients variation 23% 25%, respectively, which means high stability plantations contributed increase yield first term by 3.22 t·ha−1 7.23 -in term; 3.45 7.42 tuber harvest. highest watering efficiency time, 60 days after planting, distinguished “Miłek” variety, date “Denar” variety.
